Ingredients:
2 c sugar
4 c flour
2 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 c milk
2/3 c vegetable oil
1 Tbsp & 1 tsp cinnamon & 2/3 c sugar, combined
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease your loaf pans. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and 2 c sugar. In a separate bowl, combine egg, milk and oil. Add to the flour mixture until just moistened. Pour half the batter into the pans. Add cinnamon sugar mixture. Fill loaf pans, leaving an inch from the top for them to rise. Bake 40 minutes.
I wrapped some of the loaves with parchment paper, baker's twine and garnished with cinnamon sticks and others with ribbon. A batch yields 6 mini-loaves, that's a lot of happy friends!

4 c flour - 2 cups sugar, plus another 2/3 for the cinnamon mixture. It's so moist-even a few days later.
